Thank you very much for supporting my software development efforts. You actually took money out of your pocket and put it into my pocket. You didn’t have to do that, but it’s good of you. That little bit of kindness keeps the world going around. And it helps me justify the time I spend on my various projects. Though, to be fair, I’d probably do it anyway; I enjoy programming.

Don’t worry, I won’t spend more than half of it on beer. A man needs pizza, too.
